Refunds and Exchanges 

We have a 30 day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return,  you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@grns.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 458, Forest Hill 3131

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to make sure our products arrive as fast as possible and aim to ship orders on the first business day after they are placed. However, delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose (standard or express) and your distance from our facility, among other factors.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to track your order.

Once the product is shipped, the carrier (Aus Post) will update you with the tracking information.

If you encounter shipping issues after receiving an email from us indicating that your package has been shipped, we ask you to follow these steps: 

  • Check your email for tracking information. We send you an automated email with tracking information once the order is shipped. 
  • If your tracking information has not been updated with the carrier in a few days, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status.
  • If your order was attempted to be delivered and failed, we ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status. There may be a mistake in the address provided or confusion regarding the drop-off location.

Shipping times:

  • Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to be delivered to you after we ship (typically within 2 business days from the date of purchase). This depends on your proximity to our facility
  • Shipping time is approximate and provided to us by the carrier.  It might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@grns.com.au.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
